I’m currently the Executive Creative Director of Think HQ. We’re a purpose lead agency on a mission to have a positive impact on people, places, and the planet. As a leader within the agency, I’m driven to build a thriving creative culture and raise the standard of creative work across all departments.

I’m driven to help others succeed and reach their full potential, leading creative teams with empathy by taking the time to understand what motivates them, what they are passionate about, and aligning their goals with business opportunities. I believe strong relationships with clients and stakeholders that are built on a foundation of respect, trust, open communication, and collaboration are the key to driving great results. This leads to a deeper understanding of the business challenges that need to be solved while helping identify strategically sound creative solutions and opportunities.


Career

I have over 25 years of experience as a creative designing large web platforms, through-the-line campaigns, games, apps, soundscapes, activations, animations, and more.  Starting out as a digital designer, I developed a passion for the craft and aspired to design beautiful experiences that pushed the medium. As a digital designer, I worked for a number of blue-chip clients and iconic fashion brands including but not limited to Villiage Roadshow, Scanlan and Theodore, Bettina Liano, Witchery, M!MCO, and Nine West.

As the first digital creative in the Melbourne office of M&C Saatchi, I worked closely with the above-the-line creatives to help grow the business offering and develop my skills as an art director.  I was involved in numerous successful pitches that contributed to the growth of the department while leading digital creative across a number of key accounts including ANZ Bank, Australia Post, Medibank, RSPCA, Save the Children, Betfair, REA, and Swinburne University to name a few. 

I've always had a fascination with technology and I love sci-fi. I jumped at the chance to work at Isobar as they had digital at their core which opened up opportunities for our team to think big and build anything you could dream of.  I love sinking my teeth into briefs that challenge me to create new experiences where the real world and technology collide. As the Associate Creative Director at Isobar, I lead a successful team and was the creative lead across a number well known global and national brands including Disney, Dulux, Uniqlo, McDonald’s, Sensis, Seek, Save the Children, and the Australian Childhood Foundation.


After hours

When not working, you can find me catching waves with my 2 kids at the beach, taking my cavoodle for long walks, playing with AI, or pursuing creative pursuits like illustration, collage, photography, or trying my hand as a bedroom producer in the wee hours of the morning.
